About Nick

Nick was born and raised in Torquay- South of Melbourne, Australia.

Originally Nick went to university to study nursing but realizing his love for cooking, Nick quickly changed career paths. He started working in local restaurants and began his studies to become a successful chef.

Nick left Australia and travelled for 8 months before ending his adventure in London. There he was based for 3 years, working in some of the most prestigious restaurants the UK has to offer.

In 2009, Nick made the transition to the yacht industry, combining his love for travel and international cuisine. Throughout his career, Nick has focused on integrating health and nutrition into his meals, using organic produce wherever possible.

In the future Nick would like to open his own business, providing guilt-free fast food for people leading busy lifestyles.

 

Languages- English and basic Spanish
