Jesse comes from Tasmania, Australia. He has always had a passion for cooking starting at just 4 years old when his mother taught him how to make lasagne. He now has over 20 years’ experience as a chef. Jesse is a food chameleon who loves to tailor his style of cooking to his guests’ preferences.
After hearing about yachting from chef friends in Tasmania, he decided to try his hand at yachting and has now been in the industry for 9 years working on a variety of yachts.
Jesse loves experiencing new cultures and cuisines and can often be found exploring local food markets testing the best street food the locals have to offer. Jesse has always been drawn to travelling, having visited over 70 countries several of which are very close to his heart.
Outside of yachting, Jesse hopes to set up a self-sustainable restaurant and continue to cook and eat great food.
